Website Development / Enhancement
GIMC offers a yearly contract for website conversion and maintenance under contract and US$50/hour non-contract rate. Please refer to the attached chart which assists with estimating the number of hours required. The additional and optional web hosting/network infrastructure services mentioned above (which includes email for all staff, believed to be compatible with your current systems) may be added for US$50 /Annum.

Ongoing Website Maintenance
Because changes to information can occur rapidly depending on the nature of the client and the time of year, website maintenance is not included in the attached chart of estimated fees. As one marketing professional said, “A website is never finished; information on a website should change as fast as information in the office environment changes.” Depending on the nature of the client, monthly maintenance can range from 5 hours to 80 hours. Maintenance includes updates and minor revisions. We offer a monthly maintenance contract fee, based on the anticipated needs of the client.



	A Little to help you get started! Three needs are typically associated with a website: (1) Website development / enhancement, (2) Website maintenance, and (3) Website hosting. GIMC offers three separate fee structures for these very different needs. A contract typically begins with a “Website Development or Enhancement Plan,” followed by a “Website Maintenance Plan,” though each plan may be purchased alone. Website hosting, if needed, is a separate fee, usually around US$55 per Annum, which covers the cost of email addresses, the website name (domain name), and provides for adequate network infrastructure capabilities through one of many nationally recognized companies.
